SAORI Weaver- profile #12 Teruyo Fujiyama

Teruyo started Saori weaving at the 4th grade. She loves to draw and she would draw on the doors and furniture when she was very young. She established her own style of weaving when she was in high school. Her work has been exhibited several times every year throughout Japan since 2000, including the exhibition at VSA Art Festival in Washington in 2004.   She has received several awards in Japan.
