Intertwine Arts community weaving classes are open to the general public. Everyone is welcome to participate, with or without a disability, and no previous weaving experience is necessary.
Classes take place at Positive Exposure Gallery, a public gallery in Manhattan's Financial District, and offer an opportunity to learn a new creative skill in an inclusive community setting.
Each participant receives individual instruction from an experienced teaching artist, with guidance tailored to their interests and learning pace. Participants explore weaving techniques, experiment with color and texture, and create their own fabric to take home.
