Made by Hilford at the VISIONS program. Hilford has been weaving at the Intertwine Arts program at VISIONS for the last year and a half. He enjoys weaving on a cardboard loom and often likes to make stripes and flag designs. He works with a volunteer to ensure he has even stripes throughout.  Learn more about VISIONS Here
